The staff was nice and my stay was very pleasant, would come here again. I liked this beautifully decorated and lovely welcoming place, stayed there for 2 nights. Suite with a double bed, had essentials required. The attached restaurant food was appetising!
The staff - some of them were miserable.

the place was overall clean with very very helpful and accommodating staff members. the room was modern & brand-new with a decent sized bathroom and a king size bed.

Location: the hotel was just off the attached restaurant, Massena, New York, and a police station, all the security in the world. The jewel in the crown was very very nice and understanding staff. Liked our room, it was modern and nicely equipped.
The hotel staff was very unprofessional.

The queen room had air conditioning, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Breakfast included freshly baked croissants and a selection of organic juices. The fitness center was a plus for keeping active. Staff were helpful and pleasant . Great value for the price!

We visited nearby beaches and enjoyed hiking trails. The rooms were nice and clean, and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Just ask for a renovated room to be safe and enjoy cozy nights here!
I did experience some loud banging noises from doors in the hallway, which could be a bother.
